  • What are your office hours and contact info?

Our office operates Monday through Friday with varying hours. On Mondays and Tuesdays, we're open from 6 am to 5 pm. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, our hours are 6 am to 4 pm. On Fridays, we close earlier at 3 pm. Come by during our operating hours to learn more information about our roll off dumpster rental. Please note that our office is closed on weekends.

  • What roll off/dumpster areas do you serve?

We offer roll-off and dumpster services throughout St. Louis, MO, and surrounding areas, extending our coverage to O'Fallon, Illinois. Reach out to us today if you need a dumpster container rental.

  • How often is trash collected, and what's allowed?

We provide weekly curbside collection for household waste. Our standard service allows for up to two cans or their equivalent per collection. Call today to get started with your dumpster container rental. This efficiency is increasingly important given that, according to Sensoneo’s Global Waste Index 2025, the average American generates 951 kilograms of municipal solid waste per person annually.

  • What if I need more than two cans?

For waste exceeding our standard two-can limit, additional fees will be applied to cover the extra collection and disposal costs; for significantly larger projects, we also offer roll off dumpsters.

  • What recyclable materials are accepted?

Our single-stream recycling program accepts a wide range of materials. This includes aluminum and steel containers, plastic containers labeled #1 through #5 and #7, buckets up to 5 gallons, glass bottles, and jars. We also accept various paper products such as newspapers, cardboard, magazines, office paper, and paperback books. For those managing a large volume of these materials, we also provide a roll off container.

  • How should recyclables be prepared?

All containers should be empty and rinsed before recycling. We do not accept plastic bags, plastic film, expanded foam, or containers that previously held hazardous chemicals. If you need to dispose of these prohibited items or large quantities of waste, please consider our dumpster container rental options.

  • Is recycling included or extra?

We offer weekly recycling pickup, but it may incur additional charges depending on your specific service plan. Please contact our office for detailed information about recycling fees and our roll off dumpsters.

  • What qualifies as bulky waste, and what are the limits?

Bulky waste includes items such as furniture, mattresses, televisions, large toys, and exercise equipment. These items require special handling and are subject to extra charges. To arrange for bulky waste pickup, please contact our office to schedule a collection or to inquire about roll off dumpsters for larger cleanouts.

  • What about yard waste?

We accept yard waste, including grass clippings, leaves, and tree branches or limbs. Branches should not exceed 4 feet in length or 5 inches in diameter. All yard waste must be bundled or bagged. We allow up to 10 bags or bundles per week, with additional charges potentially applying for excess amounts. For major landscaping projects that exceed these limits, we recommend our dumpster container rental service.
